Botoš ( kyrillisch : Ботош ) ist ein Dorf in der Region Zrenjanin Gemeinde, in dem Zentral Banat Bezirk von Serbien . Es befindet sich in der Autonomen Provinz Vojvodina . Das Dorf hat eine serbische ethnische Mehrheit (89,43%) und eine Bevölkerung von 2.148 Menschen (Volkszählung 2002).

Auf Serbisch ist das Dorf als Botoš oder Ботош bekannt, auf Ungarisch als Bótos und auf Deutsch als Botosch .
