Edward George Bruton (17. Februar 1826 - 3. August 1899) war ein britischer Architekt der Neugotik, der in Oxford praktizierte . 1855 wurde er Associate des Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) und 1861 Fellow des RIBA.
1826 in Holywell, Oxford, als Sohn von Richard Bruton, dem Common Room Man am New College, und seiner Frau Ruth geboren, wurde er zum Zeitpunkt der Volkszählung von 1841 bei dem Architekten John Plowman in die Lehre gegangen .
Er ist auf dem St. Sepulchre's Cemetery in Oxford beigesetzt.
