Das Album wurde 1973 veröffentlicht und erreichte Platz 132 der Billboard- Album-Charts. Der Titelsong war die einzige Single des Albums, die in die US-Charts einstieg und Platz 77 (in einer viel kürzeren Form) der Billboard Hot 100 erreichte .

Das Album ist größtenteils eine Sammlung von Coversongs, die Songs wie " I Can See Clearly Now " (ursprünglich von Johnny Nash ), " Brother Love's Traveling Salvation Show " ( Neil Diamond ) und " Liste to the Music " ( The Doobie Brothers) enthalten ).

Der einzige von Bono geschriebene Song ist der Titeltrack; es dauert über neun Minuten auf der Albumversion und wurde für die Single auf unter vier Minuten gekürzt.
