Template:Historical Christian theologyTemplate:Christian theology sidebar – Keep it simple? Cf. Template:Christian theology footer. PPEMES (talk) 09:05, 4 April 2020 (UTC) Relisting. buidhe 20:30, 18 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Perhaps, but since we don't have any Template:Christian theology sidebar, shouldn't this template fill out that space at least until we do per WP:NOTFINISHED? PPEMES (talk) 16:16, 5 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
In this case the template name doesn't matter, it's what shown in visible space that defines the scope of the template. So leaving the title and the visible name similar keeps confusion to a minimum and may limit add-ons for adherents who may want to load this one up with non-historical or current favorites. • Comment: If this move is rejected, it should instead be renamed "History of Christian theology", as that is the scope of the template as well as the template's heading. "Historical" suggests no longer current, which is not the case. Many of these theologies, while having old roots, are still current. — the Man in Question (in question) 19:58, 3 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Fair enough. PPEMES (talk) 22:33, 3 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Sounds right. Gråbergs Gråa Sång (talk) 17:45, 10 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
