user:jerem43, unfortunately your edit introduced some coding errors: forgetting to close spans </span>.
Regarding the colors, I changed them to be more wiki standard. Visually impaired people have their own skin of Wiki, and settings on their computers/browsers; if we were otherwise to adapt everything to color blind people everything would be black and white.
Regarding some items on the template:
Moroccan bread: is a spinoff of the flat-bread and it comes in many many varieties and deserves its own article.
Moroccan fried chickens: have a very special preparation that differs significantly from Western style fried chickens and deserve its own article
Shfenj vs Sfenj: The more common pronunciation in Morocco is Shfenj
Mechoui/Méchoui: Diacritics are not needed in English. Native name is not in French which tend to introduce useless diacritics in such cases.
In regards to the links that are red, may I point you to the editing guideline on redlinks and the essay WP:Write the article first. The most pertinent policy in regards to those links you have added is that rather than using red links in lists, disambiguation pages or templates as an article creation guide, editors are encouraged to write the article first, and instead use WikiProjects or user spaces to keep track of unwritten articles. What should go into the template is what is written as it stands now. As these articles are created, you add them to the template. The template should be a guide to articles with the subject of Moroccan cuisine, not a wish list of articles that should exist. --Jeremy (blah blah • I did it!) 09:18, 28 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
There is nothing in the policy you mentioned that is against red links in templates, since those red links are part of a series. I intend on creating these articles, everything is in full compliance with WP:RED. --Tachfin (talk) 19:12, 28 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
